The periodontics clinic is a specialty clinic providing non-surgical and surgical therapy for diseases of the supporting hard and soft tissues (periodontium) around the teeth.
Individuals who have gum disease are the primary patients of periodontists. However, patients with a missing tooth that would like a dental implant may also see a periodontist in conjunction with their general dentist.
To make an appointment with a Resident student in the Graduate Periodontics program, call 734-763-3325. To make an appointment with a Periodontal Faculty Member, call 734-764-2700.
