Dr. Reem Helal was born and raised in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. She graduated from Future University in Egypt, where she obtained the degree of Doctor of Dental Surgery in 2013. After graduation, Dr. Helal completed one year of general practice residency, then worked at a private practice in Cairo, Egypt. One year later she relocated to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and practiced general dentistry for one year. During her time there she practiced all aspects of dentistry especially prosthodontic dentistry and received many certificates in that field. She joined the Dental Postgraduate Program in Prosthodontics at the University of Michigan in the winter of 2021 and she is planning to further her education and obtain a combined certificate/master’s degree in Prosthodontics.
