BIOGRAPHY

After receiving his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2010, Dr. Khaled Sinjab completed a 1-year fellowship in periodontics at the University of Michigan, followed by another year of research and then completed the 3-year residency program where he received his master’s degree in Periodontics and achieved diplomate status with the American Board of Periodontology. He is the proud recipient of the Delta Dental Award, Rackham Block Grant Award, and the Implant Dentistry Research and Education Foundation Grant Award. He has published twenty articles focusing on dental implant diseases and their management, and his thesis project involved analyzing the bacteria found around dental implants. Dr. Sinjab is a part-time Adjunct Clinical Lecturer at the University of Michigan Graduate Periodontics Department and practices periodontics at several dental and periodontal offices. He is also an active member of several study clubs and a proud affiliate with the Michigan Periodontal Association, American Academy of Periodontology, American Dental Association, Michigan Dental Association, the Russell W Bunting Periodontal study club, the Motor City study club, and the Midwest Society of Periodontology.
