Janet Souder Wilson

Adjunct Clinical Lecturer in Dentistry

Dental Hygiene

Clinical practice has been the primary focus of my career since earning my Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from the University of Michigan in 1973. In addition to private practice, I have had the opportunity to explore other aspects of professional involvement. I was president of the Michigan Dental Hygiene Association; a delegate to ADHA; and president of a local nonprofit clinic providing dental and dental hygiene care to area children. Here at Michigan, I'm an Adjunct Clinical Lecturer within the Division of Dental Hygiene, and serve as a member of the Dental School's Board of Governors.I love what I do as a clinician, enjoy the unique challenges each patient brings, and hope I can pass that passion on to those students I have contact with.
