BIOGRAPHY

I graduated from the University of Michigan in 2015 with degrees in English Education and Music Education. One of my requirements was to work as a Peer Consultant in the Sweetland Center for Writing, which eventually led to becoming the eHygiene Tutor. For four semesters, I taught grammar and style techniques to postgraduate students from the Michigan School of Dentistry’s Division of Dental Hygiene. Professors noticed their students’ progress, and I was invited to present my approach at a faculty workshop. This eventually led to an invitation to design DHYGRACK 684 in 2017, and I have co-taught the course ever since. I have worked as a pharmaceutical and corporate finance editor since 2016 and completed an MBA in 2024. I am grateful for the chance to share my writing knowledge and medical journal experience with the next generation of dental hygienists.
