If you already use the MyChart app (for example, Michigan Medicine or Trinity), start from the blank sign-in/organization screen.1. Open the MyChart appDownload and open the MyChart app. Look for the MyChart app with the red heart icon. If the app is already on your phone, make sure you are not currently signed in to another organization.2. Go to “Add organization”From the MyChart organization screen, swipe all the way to the right until you see “Add organization,” then select it.3. Search for MDentistryIn the organization search field, type “MDentistry.”4. Select Michigan Dental MyChartClick in the checkbox to “Select” the MDentistry MiHealth MyChart to continue.5. Sign up for your M Dentistry MyChart accountAfter selecting Michigan Dental MyChart, you will be taken to the M Dentistry MyChart sign-in screen. If you do not already have an account, select “Sign up” and follow the prompts to create your account. Organization-specific apps, such as the Michigan Medicine MyChart or Trinity and Michigan Medicine MiChart apps, do not provide a way to easily add additional health accounts.
