She graduated from the University of Michigan Orthodontic Department with a Master of Science and a specialty Certificate. Dr. Sylvie Sarment obtained her dental degree and PhD in neurosciences from the University of Paris, France. She was recruited at the University of Pennsylvania for a postdoctoral research position prior to starting her specialty at the University of Michigan. Dr. Sarment lives in Saline with her husband and their three children.
