Tina PryorThe HR Director is responsible for HR strategy, leading, and managing the overall function of Human Resource services, policies and programs for the School which include faculty HR and staff HR.  Reporting to the Senior Associate Dean, the HR Director is an internal senior business partner who consults with and advises leadership and management on a plethora of Faculty/Staff HR matters of significance from employee/union relations and performance management to salary administration and workforce planning. The School’s Human Resources Service Center (HRSC) reports to the HR Director and is responsible for administering and/or facilitating faculty and staff employment, appointments, compensation, on boarding, visa and immigration, and other personnel transactions initiated by departments. Another key role of the Director is to develop and lead HR practices, objectives and initiatives that foster a great place to work and learn culture that embraces the School’s mission and core values, and the recruitment and retention of a diverse and talented faculty and staff.
